RECRUITMENT PROCESS WITH THE USE OF DATABASES
- Access to the CV database allows the Employer to select the best Candidate appropriately according to the required criteria. LinguaJob.pl search engine edits selected Candidate's competence zones, i.e. the seniority and required foreign language level, language knowledge for a given branch, level of education or professional experience zone. Selected profiles of Candidates may be viewed for free after registration. The charge is collected for making contact details visible. The CV database is made available for the Customer for a period of up to 2 weeks.
